Reviews for A1FAMILY RESTAURANT
Review highlights
Based on 1,663 reviewsA1FAMILY RESTAURANT in Tiruppur is recognized for its spacious and distinctively themed dining areas, including multiple kid-friendly play zones and ample parking, making it a popular choice for family gatherings. The ambiance is frequently praised for its variety and comfort. Customers appreciate the good quantity of food served at reasonable prices, with a menu offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. While the food quality is generally deemed satisfactory, service receives mixed feedback; it tends to slow during busy periods, and some patrons find staff less accommodating with special requests. Cleanliness, particularly of restrooms, and an inviting atmosphere further contribute to the restaurant’s family-oriented appeal.
Food is okay. Not that great. They got 3 different styles of dining in one place with 2 play areas and parking. And lots of seats. Good for family gatherings. Service is not that great. They take a lot of time when crowded. And the waiter was so stubborn about not considering any requests. I have asked for chocolate ice-cream with fruit salad instead of usual Vanilla icecream. I was willing to pay an extra charge, but the waiter denied that request.
I frequently came here. They are maintaining the taste and quality. Quantity is also good enough. The price is affordable when compared to other family restaurants.
The highlight is the ambiance of this outlet- there were 3 distinct themes/areas that I noticed and maybe there are more. We opted the interior non-ac area. Plenty of capacity and parking available. It was a Wednesday night around 10pm and it was almost empty. One can sometimes notice the atomised water being pumped into this area- during the day it would’ve been very soothing but at night I felt like it was a nuisance- the tables were moist because of the sheer number of nozzles they used- if I had a hygrometer I’d have been interested to check if the humidity was a 100% or not. Once the curiosity of the ambiance subsides, the food order can be placed- service was fairly quick. Request for warm water was offered with hot water off a kettle. The food- not the tastiest in town, but not bad. Paneer tikka was a bit rubbery. The shawarmas were okay- the mayo tasted unique- couldn’t make out what’s special but it felt nice. Can visit the place for the unique ambience, food didn’t feel like the main attraction. Maybe we chose the wrong food. But would give the place another go sometime.
